Bajaj to launch Urbanite electric Scooter soon

The Bajaj Arbanite scooter has been spotted several times in the country during testing. Recently also, some pictures and videos of the scooter during testing have been leaked online. The scooter will be launched at the end of this year or early 2020. The electric scooter is yet to be revealed, but it is likely to be somewhat similar to the company's old scooters, which will remind you of retro-looking scooters. The company is also gearing up to introduce the electric version of its small car Bajaj Cute. The company will also launch an electric three-wheeler that was recently seen during testing.

For your information, the company launched its small car Bajaj Cute in April. The Bajaj Cute is powered by a 216cc single-cylinder liquid cool DTSi engine. The engine generates 13bhp of power at 5,500rpm. At 4,000rpm, the engine delivers 18.9Nm of torque. The CNG variant produces 16.1Nm of torque at 4,000rpm with 11bhp at 5,500rpm. The Quadricycle features a dashboard-mounted five-speed sequencing manual transmission. Four people can sit in cute. The top speed of the cute is 70 kilometers per hour. Being a small engine, Cute gives an average of 35 kilometres per litre. In terms of CNG variants, one kilogram of CNG cute can travel up to 43 kilometres.
