Varanasi: Pandit Rajan Mishra, the elder brother of the great classical singer of Banaras Gharana Bandhu Pandit Rajan-Sajan Mishra, passed away at a private hospital here on Sunday. It is learned that pandit Sajan Mishra, the younger brother of the same duo, is also infected with corona and is struggling for treatment. Pandit Rajan Mishra was 70 years old. According to sources close to him, Pandit Rajan Mishra was suffering from corona and was admitted to St Stephen's Hospital in the capital today. He reportedly died of a heart attack late in the evening. Sources also revealed that his younger brother Pandit Sajan Mishra is also infected with corona. They were struggling to find beds in the same hospital till the last news was received. PM Modi has condoled his demise.
