Bangladesh team moved to sixth place in ODI team rankings

The Bangladesh team following their five-wicket victory over fourth-ranked New Zealand now has moved to sixth place in the ICC ODI Team Rankings.

For the first time, the  Bangladesh have been ranked ahead of the former world champions - Sri Lanka, Pakistan, the West Indies - and Zimbabwe.

Bangladesh now leads eighth-ranked Pakistan by five points, while they are ahead of ninth-ranked West Indies by 14 points.
