India's experienced leg-spinner Amit Mishra has recalled his innings of 84 runs played in the 2011 Test series against England. Mishra batted with Sachin Tendulkar in the fourth Test match of this series, which he counts in the most memorable moments of his Test career. In the fourth match of the series played at London's Kennington Oval ground, Mishra scored 43 runs in the first innings and then scored 84 runs in the second innings. During this time, he batted with Sachin, who played an innings of 91 runs. However, the efforts of both of them went away because India lost in that match. Speaking on Instagram with his IPL franchise Delhi Capitals, Mishra said, "I am proud to bat with Sachin Paji. I think that is one of the most memorable moments of my Test career. We were in England in 2011. Was on tour. I scored 43 runs in the first innings. " He said, "In the second innings we got a follow-on and we had to play to avoid defeat. I went like a nightwatchman and Sachin Paji guided me through the entire innings." The right-handed batsman said, "It was important for us to kick off the morning session and I scored 84 runs while Paji scored 91. But I regret that we lost the Test match." Mishra said that he has spent eight years in Delhi and hence feels connected with this IPL team. He said, "After spending eight years I feel emotionally attached to Delhi Capitals. I feel that this team is part of my DNA. My goal is always to give more than 100 percent."
