Problem of tanning happens in winter also; know how to deal with it

Tanning is not done during the winter season. This is a big misconception. In this season, fog along with sunlight also tan the skin. Now the question may be arising in your mind that if the fog feels cold and the color fades from the cold, then how can tanning happen? UVA and UVB are 2 types of rays. Usually, women know about UVB Rays that they come from the sun's rays, but the UVA rays filtering through clouds, fog, and car vials can also tan the skin.

- In winter, people use room heaters and blowers. But they take away oxygen from the skin and make it dry. Then when dry skin comes in contact with the sun, that much space becomes like water. Therefore, use a room heater or blower to a minimum in winter.

- Sitting in the sun from 10 am to 2 pm is the most harmful because at this time the sun releases UVA res, which damages the skin's collagen layer and brings aging marks to the skin. Actually, the skin is tight from the collagen layer and if this layer is damaged, then there is sagging in the skin.

-A select time before 10 pm to sit in the sun. At this time we get vitamin D from the rays of the sun. But keep in mind that do not allow sunlight directly on the face.

According to research, taking vitamin D in the sun for only 20 minutes a week is enough for the body. If this is not possible, then there are many food items in which vitamin D is found in plenty.
