The actor told his Twitter handle that he faced a lot of problems in his life emotionally and financially after 26/11. It was his friends who saved him at that time and have continued to support him since then. He further said that "He is thankful to the universe who supported him in good and bad times. He also assured that he will be there for his friends and will stand with them in any situation." Ashish further said that "He is just a phone call away, and he has a lot of love and gratitude for giving it to others. He mentioned, 'Friends are our only earning.'"
