Comedy Queen Bharti Singh and her writer husband Harsh Limbachiyaa's problem may increase. NCB has approached the special NDPS court to dismiss the bail of Bharti and her husband in the drugs case. Bharti and her husband Harsh were detained by the NCB on 21 November. According to the PTI report, 86.50 grams of ganja was seized by the NCB from their house in the raid. Both were granted bail by the magistrate court on a bond of 15,000 rupees. Now the NCB has moved the special NDPS court to dismiss the bail granted by the lower court. The investigating agency wants to take remand of both for questioning. The trial court has sent Bharti and Harsh to judicial custody. The notice has been sent to both by the NDPS court on Tuesday and it can be heard next week. The quantity of ganja seized from Bharti's house falls in the small quantity category, which has an upper limit of 1000 grams. According to the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the maximum punishment in such a case can be a year in jail and/or a fine of up to 10 thousand rupees. After the drugs angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, NCB is investigating it. The names of Bollywood and television celebrities came to light after the arrest of several drug peddlers.
