Bhopal: The five-day working week will continue in the government offices of MP. The order has been issued by the Madhya Pradesh government. According to the official order, the arrangement of working days of government offices in the state for five days a week (Monday to Friday) will remain in force till June 30, 2022.

The Secretary of the General Administration Department, Dr. Srinivas Sharma said that the state government had fixed the official five-day work of the entire state in connection with the prevention and prevention of the corona epidemic. The order was effective till March 31, which has been extended till June 30, 2022. It may be noted that government offices dealing with emergency services such as water supply, hospital and medical supplies, power supply, etc., have been kept out of the purview of this order.

Chief Minister Shivraj convened a meeting of ministers and officials on Wednesday evening and made it clear that the government will run according to them, bureaucracy will not be allowed to dominate. The CM warned the officials in the meeting that the officials will have to follow the instructions issued by them. If that doesn't happen, the officer will be replaced.
