Hajipur: A body riddled with bullets from the Bajrang Dal district minister, missing for the past two days in Bihar's Vaishali district, has been recovered this morning from a well located in a banana plant in the Adalbari locality of Nagar police station area. Sub-divisional police officer (Sadar) Raghav Dayal has said that the local people saw the body of a young man floating in the well and informed the police. Married doctor ran away with 16-year-old girl, police engaged in investigation As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and got the body out of the well. The deceased has been identified as Neeraj Kumar alias Pappu (30), a resident of Bajrang Dal district minister and resident of Kadam Ghat in Tangaula locality of the same police station area. Raghav Dayal said that after Neeraj was shot and killed, the corpse was thrown into the well with the intention of hiding evidence. He said that nine cartridges of cartridges have been recovered from the spot. Neeraj went to a panchayat called Wednesday evening to resolve the dispute, but he did not return home from there. The family tried hard to find him, but he was not found. Raghav Dayal said that the family of the deceased has filed an FIR against six persons including Deepak Kumar and Sanjeet Kumar. He said that all the accused in this case are absconding.
