Bihar Election: Ruckus over PM Modi's photo in poster, BJP distances from LJP

Patna: In Bihar elections, the seat-sharing between the supporting parties in the Nitish Kumar-led NDA could not be cleared, due to which the LJP has announced to contest separate elections for 143 seats. Chirag Paswan will field candidates against JDU in Bihar but will support BJP. Against JDU, LJP decided to seek votes in the name and face of PM Narendra Modi in Bihar. The BJP has reservations about the LJP's decision.

After splitting from NDA, Chirag Paswan wants to cash Narendra Modi's name in the political battle of Bihar. The LJP has given the slogan 'Modi Se Bair Nahin, Nitish Teri Khair Nahi' in the Bihar election. According to sources, the BJP has objected to the use of the photo of Prime Minister Modi by the LJP in the election and has also rejected the slogan of the LJP. The BJP says that there is an alliance with LJP in Delhi (center) and not in Patna.

There is an alliance between BJP and JDU in Bihar. BJP has decided to contest elections under Nitish Kumar's leadership. From Amit Shah to JP Nadda and Bhupendra Singh Yadav have clearly stated this. The situation of confusion has arisen due to the way LJP is pushing the electoral tide against JDU and decided to support Prime Minister Modi's name. BJP will clear the situation regarding LJP during a press conference in Patna today.
