The students raised slogans against the scheme by sitting on the up and down lines. Several trains have been reported to be disrupted due to the commotion of the students. On Friday morning in Buxar, youths created a ruckus at Dumrao railway station. The mob expressed its protest by burning tires on the railway track. In view of the protest of the youth, many trains have been stopped at the next and last railway station of Dumrao station. Due to this, the youth said that the central government should take back this scheme. In Khagaria district, youth blocked roads and railways. The youths stopped the Kosi Express train after reaching Khagaria railway station. Due to which many trains have been affected. Mansi-Saharsa and Mansi-Katihar railway sections have been disrupted due to the protests. People stopped Bihar Sampark Kranti Express train at Samastipur and pelted stones on the train.
