12 thieves enter home to rob, took away girl of landlord with goods worth lakhs

Gopalganj: A strange case of theft has come to light in Bihar's Gopalganj district, where on Sunday night, 12 thieves entered the house and took away jewelry and valuables. Along with this, on the go, they got away with the minor daughter of the landlord. In this case, an FIR has been lodged in Mirganj police station of the district.

According to the information received, thieves entered the house of a person of village Savreji of Mirganj on Sunday night. The number of thieves, who came in number 12, scrubbed their hands on other items and cash, including precious jewels kept in the house, and took away their minor daughter on the go. Here, after getting the information of the incident, the police of the local police station reached the spot and got involved in the investigation of the case. The Mirganj police are looking at the whole affair by connecting it with a love affair.

Mirganj Police Stationer Shashiranjan Kumar has told that a written complaint has been given about the disappearance of the girl along with the stolen goods. In the written application, the family members have alleged that along with the valuables of the house, their daughter is also missing. In this case, relatives have accused a young man from the neighborhood. According to the police, a property dispute has been going on with the family of the victim who has been charged. The police station officer said that this case may have been filed regarding the property dispute. The Mirganj police are investigating all aspects. He said that further action will be taken only after the investigation of the entire case.
