Rahul Gandhi's politics on Delhi rape case takes massive u-turn against him

New Delhi: The 9-year-old girl's poverty case in the national capital, Delhi, is facing severe controversy. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today met the family members of the girl. Rahul Gandhi has been in trouble by sharing pictures of the girl's family on social media. The BJP has demanded that the sharing of these photos be done on them as a violation of the law.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra in a press conference on Wednesday urged the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) to take action against Rahul Gandhi. He has said that NCPCR takes cognizance of the manner in which Section 23 of the Pocso Act and Section 74 of the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act have been violated by Rahul Gandhi and sent notices to Rahul Gandhi.

Terming the meetings between Rahul and Kejriwal as low-level stakes, the BJP spokesperson said, "We strongly condemn the rape of a young girl in Nangal in Delhi. Law and order are working on it cautiously and more than 4 people have been arrested. Attempts to commit rape are the lowest level of politics."
