BJP angry on this move of state government in Andhra

Amravati: The Andhra Pradesh government's decision to paint panchayat buildings in the state to the party color has come under criticism. BJP has strongly condemned CM Jaganmohan Reddy. BJP advocate Lankan Dinakaran on Friday condemned the Jagan government's decision and termed it a misuse of public money. Dinakaran asked whether the act of coloring the buildings like the colors of the ruling party's flag is not an abuse of public money?

Why is the money being used from the government treasury? If they want to do this then they should use the party's money for this. The Jagan government is planning to start a secretariat in all villages from October 2. The party claims that it will be a modern version of the panchayats, where all government services will get benefits.

However, the Jagan government has been mired in controversies by deciding to paint them as the party's flag. BJP has targeted Jagan with this step. It was ordered through a government order in the past. The order was issued by Panchayat Raj and Commissioner of Rural Development, M. Girija Shankar. Not only this, it also mentions the order to display a picture of the Chief Minister in the village secretariats. Jagan returned to power with an overwhelming majority.
