Punjab elections: BJP holds big meeting ahead of results, brainstorms with all candidates

Amritsar: The counting of votes for the Panjab assembly elections is over. The election results in Punjab will be announced on March 10 along with four other states. As the date of counting of votes draws nearer, all the parties have become active. It also includes the name of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The BJP has held its first review meeting after the voting on Thursday.

The meeting was attended mainly by Union Jal Shakti Minister and Punjab election in-charge Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, state co-in-charge Dushyant Gautam. In this, there was a discussion on which seats the party's performance was, how dynamic the alliance partners and party workers were there. During the review, the central leadership indicated that the party will take the experiences of the candidates seriously and implement them.

The BJP has entered the fray in Punjab this time in alliance with Captain Amarinder Singh's party Punjab Lok Congress (PLC) and Dhindsa's Akali Dal Dhindsa. For the first time, the BJP has fielded candidates in 73 seats in the state. Punjab BJP's election in-charge and Union Minister Gajendra Shekhawat has informed that we brainstormed with all the candidates and workers in the election review, there has been a very positive response.
