BJP MP Sanjay Kakade arrives in Maharashtra to meet NCP chief Sharad Pawar

Mumbai: In the midst of a rapid political change in Maharashtra, on Sunday, BJP MP Sanjay Kakade arrived at his residence to meet NCP Chief Sharad Pawar. Let us tell you that Sanjay Kakade had come into the limelight recently on a statement in which he claimed that 45 MLAs of Shiv Sena are in touch with BJP.

Let us tell you that Sharad Pawar has called a meeting of party leaders at his house on Sunday morning before the hearing in the top court. After the hearing of the apex court, the meeting of NCP Legislature Party is also to be held at 2 pm. It is noteworthy that the apex court will hear the petition of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress against the swearing in of a sudden BJP-led government in Maharashtra on Saturday morning at 11.30 am on Sunday.

Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress reached the top court on Saturday evening and appealed to the new government to direct them to prove their majority within 24 hours. In the NCP meeting held on Saturday evening, while taking disciplinary action against Ajit Pawar, the party removed him from the post of Legislature Party leader. The NCP has appointed state president Jayant Patil as the new leader of the legislative party in his place.
