Jodhpur: The Rajasthan High Court has issued a notice to the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court in the black deer poaching case related to Salman Khan. In this notice, instructions have been given to postponing the further hearing on all the three appeals related to Salman Khan. Hearing the 'transfer petition' filed on behalf of Salman Khan, the Rajasthan High Court has summoned the reply from the people concerned. Advocate Hastimal Saraswat, on behalf of Salman Khan, had moved the transfer petition before the High Court. On the previous date, Justice Vijay Vishnoi refused the hearing and referred the matter to another bench. On Friday, Salman's petition was listed in the court of Judge Manoj Garg. On behalf of Salman Khan, senior lawyers Vikram Chaudhary and Hastimal Saraswat presented the favor. Saraswat said in the transfer petition on behalf of Salman Khan that three appeals are pending in the District and Sessions Court, Jodhpur District in the case related to the hunting of black deer of Salman Khan, which is related to the same case. On behalf of one appeal complainant Poonamchand, The acquittal is presented against Saif Ali Khan and others. While the second appeal has been filed by the state government against the acquittal of Salman Khan in the illegal arms case, the third appeal has been presented by Salman Khan against the five-year sentence in the black deer hunting case. While an appeal was already filed in the Rajasthan High Court on behalf of the state government against Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Dushyant Singh as Salman was sentenced to five years in jail in the deer hunting case and the rest were cleared of blame. In such a situation, when the appeal from the government has already been presented in the High Court, then all the appeals related to Salman should be heard in the Rajasthan High Court itself.
