Salman Khan is once again in the dock in the case of black deer hunting. Today the matter is going to be heard once again. In this hearing, the court is going to give its verdict. According to the information received, the court's decision may come about the wrong affidavit presented by Salman Khan. In the hearing on Tuesday last, Salman's lawyer had pleaded with the court to forgive him for the mistake as he had given the false affidavit on August 8, 2003.' The court is going to give its verdict on this matter on February 11. This hearing is scheduled to take place at 3.30 pm today. Salman Khan is going to be virtually present during this hearing. According to the information received, in this case there is a provision of sentence of 7 years under section 193 of IPC. It will have to be seen that, 'what the court gives the verdict in this case.' Talking about the black deer case, Salman was arrested in the year 1998 in the hunting case of 2 black deer near the border of Kankani village near Jodhpur. At that time the court had asked him to license arms and on this Salman Khan had given an affidavit that the license has been lost. To confirm this, he also presented a copy of the FIR lodged at the Bandra police station in Mumbai. After all this, the court came to know that Salman Khan's license was not lost, rather Salman gave the license to be renewed. Due to this, the court reprimanded Salman. The public prosecutor had demanded from the court that Salman should be tried for misleading the court. At this, Salman's lawyer Hastimal Saraswat argued to the court that Salman did not knowingly tell lies. Due to busyness, he forgot that his weapon license has not been lost. He cited another case saying that if the accused Salman has not benefited from this false affidavit in any way, or will not take advantage of it in future, then he should be acquitted from this case. On April 5, 2018, Salman Khan was convicted and sentenced to five years in the Black Deer Hunting Case. The actor is currently out on the bell.
