In north Kashmir's Bandipora district a body of a woman engineer was fished out nearly two months after she allegedly committed suicide by jumping into the water. The police official as per the sources news said 'The woman was later identified as Mudasir Javid and the body has been sent for post-mortem' Mudasir, a resident of Ellahibagh Buchpora in the outskirts of Srinagar, was posted as a junior engineer in Irrigation and Flood Control department, he said. She had reportedly jumped into the Jhelum from Old Zaina Kadal bridge in downtown Srinagar on May 7, the official said.
