In a bid to bolster its operations and expand further in India, Boeing, the renowned aerospace company based in the United States, has named Nikhil Joshi as the new managing director of Boeing Defence India (BDI). Experienced Leader to Steer Boeing Defence India With an extensive background spanning more than 25 years in the aerospace and defence sectors, including serving in the Indian armed forces, Joshi is set to spearhead ongoing and upcoming projects at BDI. His primary focus will revolve around upgrading the operational capabilities and modernization efforts of India's defence forces. Joshi's Professional Journey Prior to joining Boeing, Joshi held the position of country manager at Eaton Aerospace, where he significantly contributed to expanding Eaton's presence in India. Joshi brings with him a wealth of experience, including over 4,000 hours of flying across various Maritime Reconnaissance aircraft and commanding frontline ships and air squadrons.
