The Bombay High Court on Friday refused to grant anticipatory bail to civil rights activists Gautam Navlakha and Anand Teltumbde in the alleged Maoist contact case of the Elgar Parishad. Justice PD Naik rejected his anticipatory bail petitions. However, the court extended the period of interim relief from his arrest to four weeks so that he can appeal to the Supreme Court.
