material 400 grams gram flour 1 liter water or milk 750 gm Ghee 3 ½ cups of water 10-12 (for color) orange drops 10-12 pieces of saffron (soaked in water) 50 g cashew nuts, sliced 50 g raisins 10 cardamom, peeled Bundi Filter Filter

Method of preparation - For this, prepare a thin paste by mixing water or milk in gram flour. After this, put ghee in 1 pan to heat. Pour the prepared mixture in the sieve and hit it in ghee very quickly. After this, fry it on a low flame till its color becomes light brown. Now to ghee, take them out from the pan and keep them on paper. After this, prepare sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water. Now add saffron and orange color to it as well. Now mix the boondi, cardamom and dry fruits in the syrup made. With this, now after 10 minutes, pour some warm water over it and keep the kadhib covered for 1 ½ hours and finally prepare the ladoos by applying light ghee on the palm of your hands.
