Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of ghee Garlic, ginger, and chilies (as per taste) Onions, chopped Tomatoes, chopped Pumpkin, diced Water Salt and black pepper (to taste) Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan. Sauté garlic, ginger, and chilies for a flavorful base. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Incorporate chopped tomatoes and diced pumpkin into the pan, followed by water. Cover the pan and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender. Transfer the contents into a grinder to create a smooth mixture. Return the mixture to the pan, sprinkle salt and black pepper, and let it boil. Garnish your soup with fresh coriander leaves for an added touch of flavor.
