Boxing Federation organized a big event for boxers

Indian Boxing Federation (BFI) on Sunday became the first national sports body to organize a session for mental fitness in which 374 boxers and coaches from across the country participated. In this session, issues like nervousness on match day, training in the absence of coach and how to take care of yourself in this era of uncertainty were discussed.

The session was organized by Dr. Sameer Parikh, director of Fortis National Mental Health Program and Divya Jain, a sports psychiatrist from Fortis Healthcare.
