Brazilian President Jair Boldonaro threatens journalist to punch in the face

Brasília: Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro threatened a journalist. The journalist had asked questions related to the involvement of the President's wife in the corruption case. To this, President Jair Bolsonaro said that "Want To Pound Your Mouth With Punches". After the threat, the President left the place ignoring the opposition of other journalists.

President Jair Bolsonaro arrived on a regular visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral in Brasilia on Sunday. During this period, the reporters asked the President questions related to First Lady Michelle Bolsonaro and Fabrício Queiroz. Queiroz is a retired police officer, a friend of the president and a former adviser to his son Flavio Bolsonaro and current senator. A case against Fabrício Queiroz and Flavio Bolsonaro is under investigation.

They are accused of fraud with government employees. This fraud took place at a time when Flavio Bolsonaro was a local lawmaker in Rio de Janeiro and before that in January 2019, Jair Bolsonaro assumed the presidency. According to the report, Quiroz deposited the money in Michele Bolsonaro's bank account between 2011 and 2016. The First Lady has not said anything in this matter.
