BJP's donations rise to Rs 614 crore in a year

New Delhi: A new report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) has come out. According to that report, the BJP receives three times more donations than Congress and many other parties. In 2021-22, BJP has received a donation of 614 crores, while Congress got only 95 crores. National parties have received a total of Rs 780.774 crore as donations. This is the figure that has been released by the national parties.

According to this report, BJP has received a total of 614.63 crores, and Congress 95.46 crores. The great thing is that BJP alone has received three times more donations than Congress, NCP, CPI, CPIM, NPEP, and AITC. At the same time, like every year, the Bahujan Samaj Party has claimed that once again it has not received any donation of more than Rs 20,000. For the last 16 years, inputs are being shared by the party here continuously. By the way, this figure is also available from the report of ADR that the donation received by all the national parties this time has been 31.50 percent more as compared to last year. Here too, there has been an increase of 28.71 percent in the donations of the BJP.

The ADR report shows that though Congress has received fewer donations, its donations have also seen an increase as compared to the previous year. Last year, Congress received a donation of 74.52 crores, which has increased to 95.46 crores this year. Now it has also come to know from the ADR report that this time the national parties have received the maximum donations from the capital Delhi, followed by Gujarat and then Maharashtra at number three. While 625.88 crore has been donated by business corporate, Rs 153.33 crore has been received through people.
