Mumbai: The Manpada police in Maharashtra's Dombivli have detained a woman who duped an old man. It is alleged that the woman took all the household items by telling the old man that there was witchcraft and obstacles in his house. According to the news received, the wife of the old man living in the Manpada area of Dombivali has died and the son lives abroad. The old Khoni lives alone in his house in Palava. The old man had hired a woman named Trisha to cook food in the house. When the woman reached the old man's house, she told the old man that someone in your house has done something. The soul is moving in the house, your life is in danger. After that, the woman asked the old man for gold and silver ornaments. The woman said I will remove your crisis with the help of mantra-tantra. The woman said you stay in another house for two days, I will make peace in this house. Coming to the woman's words, the old man went to live in his second house. Due to this, Trisha emptied the entire household items. Then, when the old man returned home, he realised that he had been duped. He then approached the Manpada police station and complained to the police. The same police registered a case and started an investigation and arrested the culprit woman Trisha and recovered all the belongings from her. Police have arrested the woman and seized a total of Rs 15,87,700, including jewellery, fridge, and cash, from her possession. The criminal woman Trisha Keluskar was accompanied by a woman named Mariam, the police are searching for her.
