Case filed against Sapna Choudhary's husband, Know why

There has been big news about the husband of Haryanvi singer Sapna Chaudhary. A case has been filed against her husband and Haryanvi artist Veer Sahu in the campaign station of Rohtak recently. The police registered a case against him of violating Section 144, non-permission congestion and violation of disaster management rules. It is reported that the employee working as a security agent in the Thana campaign has lodged a complaint in the case.

In his complaint, he said, "Veer Sahu, a village madanhedi resident of Hissar district, along with his supporters, had planned to gather on Meham Choubi platform on Monday without prior permission. There were around 15-18 cars along with him. Veer Sahu was aware that there is police everywhere and large gathering is not permitted. After that, he went to Juana Road in the village Farmanna Special bypass with the convoy and about 60-70 people were standing there. All of them did not follow the instructions issued by the health department to avoid the Covid-19'. Further, that based on the statement of the security agent the complaint says that the police has initiated action against 60-65 others including Veer Sahu by registering a case under section 188, 34 and 51 B disaster management.

Someone made undignified remarks about the personal life of Sapna Chaudhary's husband Veer Sahu on Facebook. Even after that, the controversy has been erected. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against Veer Sahu and others under section 188/ 34 of the IPC, as well as 51B of the Disaster Management Act. Further proceedings in the case will continue.
