Case filed on this filmmaker, song was in promotion but not in movie

When the audience went to see the film after seeing the song in the promotion when they could not see the song in the movie, they were very angry, they filed a complaint Consumer Commission. This case is related to Shahrukh Khan's starring film 'Fan'. When the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) ordered Yash Raj Films to pay a fine of Rs 10,000 to the teacher in Aurangabad.

This whole affair started when teacher Afreen Fatima Zaidi went to see the film 'Fan'. She did not see the song 'Jabra Fan' in the film. She alleged that the song that the filmmaker showed in the promo was not seen in the cinema hall, due to which it is celebrating a kind of deception. She went to the District Consumer Forum regarding this matter, but the petition was dismissed. She reached the Maharashtra State Consumer Commission against the decision. Here, the commission gave a verdict in favor of Fatima and Yash Raj Films has been asked to pay 5 thousand rupees of lawsuit and damages of 10 thousand rupees. Yash Raj Films went against it to NCDRC, which has upheld the previous decision.

The commission said that removing the song is an unfair trade practice. The person has decided to watch the film after seeing the song in the promotion when he does not see the song, he starts feeling cheated, disappointed and disgusted.
