Realizing the importance of education, the Minister for Human Resource Development (HRD) on Friday laid the foundation stone of the integrated campus of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in Dwarka. During this, CBSE President Anita Karwar, Secretary Anurag Tripathi and senior CBSE officials were present. According to CBSE, there are a total of 16 regional offices across the country including Delhi, Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Noida to train teachers and principals of affiliated schools. Along with the headquarters, there are business examination units in Preet Vihar, teaching and skills education unit at Rouse Avenue, CTET including regional office at Patpadganj. It is worth noting that in order to make better coordination in these various branches, units and to increase the associated schools, to cope with the increasing challenges, three acres of land purchased in Dwarka Sector 23 In which this integrated campus is being constructed. The complex will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities along with green building norms.
