CBI raids Sisodia's office! Central agency said- 'We didn't conduct any raid'

New Delhi: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday claimed that his office was raided by the CBI. Sisodia has given this news by tweeting. He wrote- Today again CBI has reached my office. They are welcome. They raided my house, raided my office, searched my locker, and even raided my village. Nothing was found against me, will not be found. Because I haven't done anything wrong. Sincerely worked for the education of the children of Delhi. But CBI denied his claim and said that we have not conducted any raid or search.

On the other hand, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party has attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the CBI raid. The party said in a tweet, once again Modi ji's CBI reached Manish Sisodia's office. But till now they have not told what was found in the previous raid. Because after searching the house, office, bank locker and even Manish ji's village, they found only a 'Jhunjhuna'. Let us tell you that CBI raided Manish Sisodia's house last year regarding the excise policy. CBI conducted raids at 20 places in Delhi-NCR.

The CBI probe into the irregularities in the excise policy was recommended by LG VK Saxena of Delhi. Based on the report of the Chief Secretary, the LG recommended an inquiry. In fact, Manish Sisodia is accused of making irregularities in the new excise duty. Manish Sisodia has the Excise Department only. The Chief Secretary submitted his report last year. It was said that in this the rule GNCTD Act 1991, Transaction of Business Rules 1993, Delhi Excise Act 2009 and Delhi Excise Rules 2010 were broken.
