HYDERABAD: Three coaches of the Charminar Express train derailed at Telangana's Nampally Railway Station, causing injuries to at least five individuals on Wednesday morning. The incident occurred around 9:15 am, as confirmed by Rakesh, the chief public relations officer of the South Central Railway. Rakesh explained, "Nampally Railway Station serves as a terminal, where trains should halt before reaching the end. Unfortunately, the train overshot its designated stopping point, leading to the derailment of three coaches. Approximately five passengers standing near the doors sustained minor injuries. They are currently receiving treatment at the railway hospital." The railway station serves as the final stop for trains.
