Chennai administration orders to close all meat shops due to corona

Chennai: Meat shops will be closed from today ie from today onwards in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu, due to Coron virus. According to the order of the Greater Chennai Corporation, the meat shops in the city will be closed from April 4 to 12. Strict action will be taken on whoever violates the order of the Chennai Municipal Corporation. It is being told that amidst the lockdown on Sunday, there was a huge crowd at the meat shops. The government has taken this decision only in view of this.

Significantly, Tamil Nadu is the state where cases are doubling every 2.3 days. Recently, after crossing the number of coronavirus cases in the 8 most affected states, DIU tried to know how long it is taking to double the number of cases there. The analysis revealed that cases are doubling in Tamil Nadu every 2.3 days. This is one day less than the national average.
