Chicken Tandoori Recipe

Chicken Tandoori is an easy-to-make appetizer recipe that can be prepared on occasions like kitty party, game night, and pot luck. Ingredients of Chicken Tandoori 2 chicken legs 1 piece butter 2 tablespoon ghee For Marination 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd) 1/2 tablespoon salt 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon powdered turmeric 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon tandoori masala 1/2 tablespoon mint leaves 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste 2 tablespoon mustard oil

How to make Chicken Tandoori Step 1 Wash the chicken leg pieces and pat them dry. Prepare a marinade with yoghurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, mustard oil, green chilli, ginger & garlic paste. When the marinade is ready, apply it all over the chicken legs and let them marinate overnight. Step 2 Next day, take out the leg pieces and apply ghee all over the marinated leg pieces. Put them on a barbecue and roast them well. Transfer them to a bowl when done. Step 3 If you enjoy smoky flavours, cover these leg pieces with a bowl containing heated charcoal and butter for about two minutes. When done, serve with mint chutney and onion-lemon salad.
