Jaipur: In the Railway Cleanliness Survey, Jaipur railway station has secured 931.75 points and occupied the first position. In the survey of 720 railway stations across the country, Jaipur was on the first number, Jodhpur on the second and Durgapura station on the third place. In the cleanliness survey, North Western Railway has been consistently getting first place in all zones of Indian Railways for the last two years. North Western Railway General Manager Anand Prakash expressed happiness over the excellent performance of the sub railways when the results of the cleanliness survey were released today on the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Similarly, Andheri station has got first place among 109 suburban stations. In the year 2016, the Railway Ministry released a third-party audit and cleanliness ranking of 407 railway stations. In this year's ranking, the number of railway stations was increased. This year, 720 stations were included in the survey. Suburban stations were also included in this survey for the first time. In this whole survey, Jaipur railway station of Rajasthan has been found to be the cleanest. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal, while releasing the railway cleanliness rankings, has said that similar efforts will continue. Other railway stations of North Western Railway also got higher rankings on the basis of better sanitation system, out of the first 10 stations, 7 stations of North Western Railway are included. 1.Jaipur 2.Jodhpur 3.Durgapura Station Jaipur 5.
