CM Nitish Kumar is an expert in reversing, surprised by his decisions 7 times in 10 years

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has decided to break the alliance with the BJP and is once again preparing to form a government with RJD, Congress and Left parties. Nitish Kumar has taken this decision suddenly, which surprised people across the country including Bihar. But this is not the first time that Nitish Kumar has changed his stand in this manner. Earlier, he had left the NDA in 2013 and went with the RJD and the Congress. Then in 2017, he once again came with the BJP. Thus, he has switched sides several times in politics.

Nitish Kumar has a good image in Bihar and on the basis of that, he has been targeting the RJD and BJP, which won more seats than the JDU, on his own terms. Nitish Kumar has surprised political pundits many times with his manoeuvres now. Nitish Kumar, who formed the Government of Bihar with the BJP in 2005, was first surprised in 2012. He was in the NDA but voted for Pranab Mukherjee in the presidential election. Then, in 2013, when the BJP declared Narendra Modi as the prime ministerial candidate, Nitish Kumar ended the 17-year-old relationship.

The JD(U) then contested the 2014 general elections in alliance with the RJD but was defeated in the BJP wave. Then Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Chief Minister and then Jitan Ram Manjhi became the Chief Minister. The Jd(U) had won only two of the 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar. After that, Nitish Kumar decided to go with the Grand Alliance in the 2015 assembly elections and also won. Not only this, but in June 2017, when he was with the Grand Alliance, he voted for NDA's Ramnath Kovind instead of UPA's Meira Kumar in the presidential election. A month later, in July, he left the grand alliance and once again formed the government with the BJP. Bjp and JDU were running together for the last 5 years, but in April this year, they surprised once again. Nitish Kumar had attended an Iftar party held at Rabri's house. After this meeting after 5 years, the speculations had intensified, which is now going to end. Now Nitish Kumar has once again been surprised and he is going to leave the NDA and form a government with Congress and RJD.
