The Chief Minister's Office of Uttar Pradesh is keeping a close watch on the situation arising due to Coronavirus and lockdown. Constantly talking to MPs, MLAs and Mayors from the office of Sanjay Prasad, who is included in the Chief Secretary and high-ranking officials of the Chief Minister, to assess the ground reality of the implementation of welfare schemes being run by the state government in the struggle with Covid-19. From distribution of food kits to distribution of ration, from the operation of community kitchens to the status of shelter sites to the observance of lockdown, the return of migrant workers to Uttar Pradesh and Thereafter, based on the prescribed standards, their views and feedback from public representatives regarding their medical tests and quarantines etc. Apart from this, not only the people of his office but the principal secretary Sanjay Prasad are also doing the work of getting feedback from public representatives. Problems identified in the feedback received are shared with the district authorities for resolution. This sequence runs continuously. Such efforts are working as a bridge between the administration and the public representatives amid complaints of neglect by some public representatives.
