Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has asked the ministers to keep their personal assistant (PA) and personal secretary (PS) after proper scrutiny. Hinting at a lobby working with different governments, the ministerial staff is the root cause to many scandals. CM Chauhan said these people keep waiting for a vacant place and get their appointment done using unfair means. Chouhan urged his ministerial colleagues to plunge into their assignments. The ministers should work in such a way as other states should appreciate their action, he said. The Chief Minister held an informal discussion with the ministers late in the evening after the meeting held for the self-sufficient Madhya Pradesh churn on Tuesday at the Forest Guest House near Kolar Dame. During this, the Chief Minister advised the ministers to avoid brokers. Sometimes brokers become active for transfer-posting. These are such seamless brokers who sit with you and go out and say and tell their clients that the work is done. The Chief Minister asked the ministers to focus in their department and bring new ideas to the table. For this, he advised the ministers to remain fresh. “When you will be relaxed, then you will be able to think better. Otherwise, you will sit in tension, thinking of what to do? “he said.
