10 dead in Moradabad accident, CM Yogi announces compensation

Lucknow: The news of a major road accident is coming in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Ten people have died in this tragic accident. While more than 25 people have been injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital. A canter and a bus collided on Saturday morning near the culvert of Nanpur in the Kundarki police station area on the Agra highway. At the same time, CM Yogi has announced compensation for the dead and injured. CM Yogi has announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh each for the dead and Rs 50,000 for the injured.

It is being told that after these two vehicles, the third vehicle also collided in them. According to the information given by the police, a private bus was going from Kundarki to Moradabad with passengers. As soon as the bus approached the Nanpur culvert, the canter who came from the front hit the bus. The canter overturned in the accident, while the front of the bus was severely shattered. During this time, a third vehicle also collided with the bus. According to the police, ten people have been killed so far, while 25 people have been admitted to the government hospital and district hospital in Kundarki for treatment.

District officials Rakesh Kumar Singh and SSP Prabhakar and other officials are present at the scene. Superintendent of Police Nagar Amit Anand visited the district hospital to see the injured and told that an attempt is being made to identify the deceased.
