CM Yogi on Farukhabad tragedy: Denies death due to not lack of oxygen

Farukhabad: A dispute over the death of children in the Farukhabad district of UP is increasing. The Yogi Sarkar has taken action against health officials in this matter but has not considered death due to lack of oxygen. On the other hand, the UP's doctor has got offensive against the action and has gone on strike.

What is the mystery of children's death in Farukhabad?

Ram Manohar Lohia of Farukhabad is holding the case of the death of children in the state-run joint hospital. On the basis of the report of district administration investigation, the Yogi Government has transferred the DM, CMO, and CMS. But the hospital is questioning the investigation report.

The Yogi Sarkar took action based on the magistrate's investigation report. The report clearly states, "The mother of the deceased and the family members of the dead babies said in the talk on the phone that at the time doctors did not have the tube of oxygen and did not provide any medicine. It is clear from the fact that due to non-availability of oxygen, the death of excessive infants happened."

“Oxygen is in proper supply at the hospital. There is no basis to blame the shortage of oxygen supply (for the deaths) at the hospital. A team led by Director General Health is visiting the hospital soon to inquire in detail,” said Prashant Trivedi, Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, Uttar Pradesh Government.
