Coconut burfi recipe - Sweetness in every form!

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or dessicated coconut 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup full cream milk 1 tsp ghee 5 cardamom 10 chopped cashews

Method:

In a kadai take a cup of coconut Add 3/4 cup of sugar Mix until the sugar melts Add the milk and mix till it starts leaving the pan Add the ghee Add few chopped cashews Add cardamom powder and mix Transfer on to a plate that is greased with ghee Press into a square shape. Take a knife and cut into square shapes additionally, add cardamom powder. Allow to cool and serve.
