Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu): Recently, a 16-year-old girl from Coimbatore has performed different yoga postures in an attempt to create Guinness World Records. He performed in different categories of yoga. The student S. Vaishnavi's purpose is to participate in the Olympics and win a gold medal for India. While talking to ANI, she said that she wants to participate in the Olympics and win a gold medal for India in Rhythmic Gymnastics. In her performance, Vaishnavi did a 'natarajasana' pose. She also performed twist chest rolls for 20 meters. She kept six eggs in the cups using her feet while in a twist chest stand. Vaishnavi also performed chin stand for seven minutes and burst balloons between her back and head by bending backwards. The awestruck audience clapped and cheered at each of the teenager's immaculate attempts. She has also won several local, national, and international competitions. Guinness World Records, known from its inception in 1955 until 2000 as The Guinness Book of Records. In previous US editions, it is a reference book published annually, listing world records both of human achievements and the extremes of the natural world. The brainchild of Sir Hugh Beaver, the book was co-founded by brothers Norris and Ross McWhirter in Fleet Street, London in August 1954. The book itself holds a world record, as the best-selling copyrighted book of all time. As of the 2017 edition, it is now in its 62nd year of publication, published in 100 countries and 23 languages.
