As Reliance Jio launched its free service offer, other service providers got a hard hit on their business. Recently, we have heard the news that Bharti Airtel did not only filed the complaint against Jio services to halt, but also created some of the misleading advertisements to condemn the Reliance multinational for their free services. In return to it, Reliance Jio has asked Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to take a strict action against Airtel and penalize it as much as possible for misleading Jio customer by launching fallacious ads. Observing the cut-throat competition between telecom sector, Partner, and leader of Telecom Industry Practice and PricewaterhouseCoopers India said that "Margin pressure on telcos will continue as long the free data offer from Reliance Jio continues.
