For your information, let us tell you that Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh on Wednesday launched a monitoring dashboard in the form of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) for complaints related to Kovid-19. A complaint can be lodged on this platform by visiting DARPG dot gov.in. Grievances are dealt with at the level of the concerned departments and ministries. The respective states will take steps on the complaints coming under the purview of the state governments. Regarding this matter, an official said that people are complaining that private sector companies are calling employees even after lockdown. Staff of the postal department are also being called. Through this platform, people also suggested to the government. Complaints of police harassment have also been received. The official said that cases claiming to find a cure for the epidemic and seeking financial help were also reported. Some people also complained about not picking up garbage and disrupting the supply of essential commodities. Complaints such as lack of adequate facilities in the hospital and overcrowding in the isolation ward were also lodged.
