Cong asks Kejriwal to apologize for his comment

BENAULIM: Arvind Kejriwal two days back asked the voters of Goa to  "accept money" if offered by the Congress and BJP but vote for the AAP party. On Monday, the Congress party has asked him for an apology.

Trajano D'Mello, spokeperson of the Congress said  "Kejriwal's appeal to the people to take money from all political parties and vote for AAP is a clear case of inducing people to be corrupt. This is an insult to the sensitive voters from Goa. Therefore, he should apologise to the people from the state."

On January 7, in Goa's Benaulim rally Arvind Kejriwal said  "If Congress or BJP candidates offer money, do not refuse it. Accept it as your own money. But when it comes to voting, press the button against the name of the AAP candidate."
