Shashi Tharoor rejects Trump's request, says - Pakistan should stop terror before talks

Srinagar: Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has rejected US President Donald Trump's arbitration proposal on the Kashmir issue. Shashi Tharoor said that we do not need a mediator. We have no problem in talking to Pakistan, but if they hold a gun in one hand and a bomb in the other, we cannot talk to them. They should close the bases of terror.
