The former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today has publicly announced the Punjab Congress manifesto for the upcoming elections that are scheduled to held in February. At the release of the manifesto in New Delhi, Former chief minister of Punjab Captain Amrinder Singh, State party chief Ambika soni and other leaders were also present. He said “Election manifesto is visionary document that promises to people of Punjab that we’ll undo damage done by previous government in last 10 years. Akali-BJP reign has been a failure for the people of Punjab. The state has been moved into debts, with misgovernance becoming rampant,”. The tenure of legislative assembly of punjab will expire on 18 march.
