London: Around the world, research on the Corona vaccine is at a peak these days, India is also moving fast in this direction. Trial on two vaccines is going on in India. This trial has been successful on monkeys and rabbits and now its trial has started on humans as well. If all goes well, the Corona vaccine may come on the market by the end of this year or early 2021 itself. Even before that, two leading companies of the world have entered the last phase. Britain's Oxford University's Corona vaccine's first trial on humans has been successful. Human trials conducted in Brazil have produced spectacular results. Vaccines have developed immunity against the virus in the trials included. Scientists at Oxford University are confident of the complete success of the vaccine ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (AZD1222). They are also confident that by September 2020, the vaccine will be provided to the people. This vaccine will be produced by AstraZeneca. The Indian company Serum Institute of India (SII) is also an associate in this project. More than 100 potential vaccines are being developed and tested worldwide to prevent the epidemic. Of the 19 in human trials, only two are in the last phase III. One of them is the vaccine being developed by Sinopharma in China and the other by AstraZeneca and Oxford University. On the other hand, Bharat Biotech company is developing a special nasal vaccine for people suffering from Coronavirus. Trials of this vaccine called CoroFlu have also started.
