Corona's havoc in Maharashtra, 56 people died in 24 hours

Mumbai: Corona infection is currently spreading across the country. If the worst condition is from somewhere, then it is from Maharashtra. In fact, there have been reports of 56 deaths due to corona in the last 24 hours here. In the last 24 hours, there have been 16,577 new cases of covid-19 and after that, the total number of infected people in the country has increased to 1,10,63,491.

Of these, 1,07,50,680 people have become infection-free. According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at eight o'clock on Friday morning, 120 more people have died due to infection in the last 24 hours. The death toll due to this has increased to 1,56,825. According to the data, the first case of virus death has been reported in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. With this, 120 people died due to the virus in the last 24 hours, 56 people from Maharashtra, 14 from Kerala, and 13 from Punjab are said to be involved.

At this time, the number of under-served people in the country has also increased and it has increased to 1,55,986 and it is 1.41 percent of the total cases. According to the data revealed, with a total of 1,07,50,680 people being infection-free, the recovery rate of patients in the country has increased to 97.17 percent.
