Corona virus: 234 Indians returned from Iran, foreign minister said this

234 Indians stranded in Iran are back in India. Apart from India, Iran is also suffering from the coronavirus. It includes 131 students and 103 pilgrims. Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has given information about this by tweeting. He also thanked the Iranian Government and the Indian Embassy.

For your information, let us tell you that they have been brought to Jaisalmer. They were quarantined at the Indian Army Wellness Center. The Indian Army informed that Indian citizens will be kept under surveillance under the supervision of skilled medical officers during the mandatory period. Soldiers are deployed to provide care and support to our countrymen returning from abroad.

On Friday, the second batch of 44 Indian pilgrims was brought from Iran. The first batch came to India on Tuesday. Let us know that Iran is also included in the countries facing severe outbreak of virus after China. So far, 611 people have died due to coronavirus. 12,729 people have been found infected with the virus. Also, Jaishankar tweeted that, '234 Indians trapped in Iran have arrived in India. It includes 131 students and 103 pilgrims.
